As sessions progress, you'll dive deeper into understanding patterns, emotions, and experiences. Your therapist will guide you through techniques and exercises to promote self-awareness, healing, and growth.

It's important that we are able to give you the confidence to ultimately become your OWN therapist, so you no longer need to rely on a professional for your wellness.
